Meet The Eudaimonia Team
Eudaimonia was never meant to be created by just one person.

This space has come to life through the people within it, each bringing their own energy, experience and way of supporting others. What you see here is a collective of individuals who care deeply about wellbeing, about people, and about creating something that feels real, welcoming and accessible.

Every person you meet here plays a part in shaping what this space becomes. From the way you’re welcomed through the door, to the sessions you experience, to the feeling you leave with, it is all created together.
I feel incredibly lucky to have these people alongside me. Not just for what they do, but for who they are and what they bring into this space.
Eudaimonia is more than a studio. It’s a place where people come to pause, reconnect and feel supported, and that only happens because of the team behind it.

Founder & CEO
Kate Evans
Founder of Eudaimonia Wellbeing Studio and creator of The Wild Within. Kate is a women's coach and sound therapy practitioner with 17 years of experience helping women reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and take brave steps forward, even when the ground feels uncertain. Her own story is at the heart of everything she does. She became a mum at 17, rebuilt her life multiple times through circumstances that would have stopped most people, and knows from first-hand experience that transformation doesn't come from having it all figured out. It comes from finding the right space, the right support, and the courage to begin anyway. That's why she created Eudaimonia and The Wild Within. Through sound baths, quarterly women's retreats, and one to one coaching, Kate offers women a place to put the weight down, hear themselves think, and remember who they actually are underneath all the noise. Her approach is warm, grounded, and genuinely joyful, she believes the journey back to yourself shouldn't feel heavy. Kate trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and brings a trauma-informed approach to all of her work. Every Sunday evening she sends out Letters from the Wild, a personal weekly letter about life, wellbeing, and what it really means to live well. No advice columns, no five step plans. Just honest words from Kate, straight to your inbox.
