The Wild Within
There's a wild within that knows the way. Let it lead.
There are things most of us rarely say out loud. That we're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. That we've been so busy looking after everything and everyone else that we've lost track of what we actually want. That we used to feel more like ourselves, and we're not quite sure when that changed or how to find our way back.

I know that feeling. I've lived it more than once.
I became a mum at 17. At 18, I left an abusive relationship. At 24, I was in a women's shelter, figuring out what came next with a toddler on my hip. At 40, I went through a divorce and found myself starting over for the third time. Each time, I thought the ground had gone from under me, and each time it had simply shifted into something new.
What I needed most in those moments was somewhere to breathe. Somewhere to put the weight down for a while and just be, without pretending or holding it all together for everyone else.

That place didn't exist, so I built it.

The Wild Within is a world for women who are ready to slow down and start listening to themselves again, gently, at a pace that feels right, in ways that feel genuinely nourishing.

However you find your way here, you are so welcome.

LETTERS FROM THE WILD
A letter that arrives when you need it most
Every Sunday evening, a letter lands in your inbox, written slowly for women who are tired of the noise and longing for something more grounded and more real. For a few minutes, just a few, everything slows down.

Women write back to say it's the one moment in their week when they remember that life doesn't have to feel this hectic, that rest is already theirs, and that they're allowed to just stop and breathe.

Around 1,600 people already receive it. It's free, it arrives every Sunday evening, and all you need to do is say yes.

The Monthly Reset
Coming soon
A monthly gathering where you plan more joy into your life, one ticked-off day at a time.

So many of us make promises to ourselves and quietly let them slip, because everyone else's needs always seem to come first.
The Monthly Reset is a space to put yourself back on the calendar, and keep yourself there.

Each month, we start by talking about the things in your life that bring you joy, where they've gone and where you could fit more of them in. Then you'll plan them into your month on your own A3 calendar, deciding which day you'll do what, so your promises to yourself have a place to live. Every time you keep one, you tick off the box.

The following month, we come back together and talk about how it went: what you managed, what got in the way, and why. All of it is shared without judgement, because some months life simply happens, and that's part of the conversation too.

Along the way, you'll meet other women who understand, and together we're building a community that cheers each other on, month after month.

SOUND HEALING
Come Back
to Stillness
For when you're stressed, overwhelmed, or can't switch off.
There's a version of us that still apologises for needing rest. That feels guilty for having a nap, waits until she's completely empty before allowing herself to be refilled, and calls it being strong.

"You don't have to earn rest. It's already yours."

A sound bath is an invitation to pause. You lie back, get cosy and let the sound wash over you, as crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion move through the room in waves. I begin each one by explaining the instruments and what to expect, so nothing feels unfamiliar. Many people find it easier than traditional meditation, especially if your mind is always busy.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

WITHIN - COMING SOON
For the woman who wants to keep going deeper
Within is a gentle online membership where you can journal, meditate and reconnect with yourself, wherever you are and whenever you need it.

It's a library of guided meditations, visualisations, sound bath recordings and journaling exercises, all rooted in the world of The Wild Within, there for any time the world gets loud and you need to find your way back to yourself.

Coming in January. A monthly membership for ongoing access, with individual meditations and sound baths also available to buy on their own.

ABOUT KATE
I built what I needed because it didn't exist
I'm Kate Evans, a women's life coach with 17 years' experience and a sound therapist trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. I created Eudaimonia at Bishton Hall because I wanted a space where people could come and put everything down for a while, where the pace was slow and the connection was real.

Letters from the Wild grew from that same instinct: honest words, written with care, for women who are tired of the noise.

Everything else in The Wild Within grew from there, because women kept writing back to say that reading the letters was the one moment in their week when everything slowed down. I wanted to give them more of that feeling, in as many ways as I could.

This is that.
ONE TO ONE COACHING
A Three Month Journey
Back to Yourself
For the woman who keeps waiting until everything is perfect before she'll begin.
For the woman who keeps waiting until everything is perfect before she'll begin.

I want to tell you something. I never stop learning. I've turned more than one rock bottom into a launching pad, and I know with every part of me that you can do that too.

Three times I thought my world was ending. Three times I chose to begin again. What I learned, slowly and sometimes painfully, is that starting over is a story of courage, and you can't fail while you're still learning.

"I see you. I've been you. Multiple times."

The women I work with have plenty of talent, intelligence and capability. What holds them back is waiting: until things are perfect, until they feel ready, until they know enough.

I did that too, for years. Then one day I decided to open a wellbeing studio at Bishton Hall, without knowing how to read analytics, set up a business email, manage a website or negotiate with practitioners. I did it anyway, simply because I wanted to, and I decided that wanting to was enough to begin.

That's my coaching philosophy, lived out loud every single day.
This is for you if
You have something you want: a business idea, a life change, a version of yourself you keep glimpsing but can't quite reach. You keep waiting for the right moment, the right amount of confidence or the right level of certainty. And you'd love someone alongside you who won't let you talk yourself out of it, and who'll make the journey feel genuinely good.
What we work on
-
Getting out of your own way and actually beginning
-
Building momentum before everything feels perfect
-
Reconnecting with what genuinely lights you up
-
Making brave, joyful decisions
-
Showing up as the fullest, most alive version of yourself
How it works
Three months of online sessions, working together at a pace that feels real and sustainable. A mix of sessions, honest conversation and genuine support, with no heavy homework and no pressure. Just consistent, warm coaching that meets you where you are and helps you move towards where you want to be.
