Service Description

Close your eyes and let everything else go. If you're running on empty and finding it hard to switch off, this is a midday pause where all you need to do is lie back, listen and let your body unwind. Kelly creates a deeply calming space where sound and vibration move gently around you, helping to ease tension and quiet a busy mind. Her sessions weave together soothing sounds, gentle music and intuitive drumming, with touches from the Tropic So Sleepy range for an extra layer of calm. Every session is shaped intuitively to suit the room on the day, so no two are ever quite the same. Our softly lit studio sits in the peaceful Staffordshire countryside, with drapes, fairy lights, cushions and blankets to help you settle in. Bring anything else that helps you feel cosy. Everyone is welcome, whether you're completely new to sound baths, coming back after time away or simply struggling to switch off. Most people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more rested than when they arrived. Mondays 1pm £23
