Sound Bath with Imogen Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing Sound Bath with Imogen from Inner Harmony Holistic Therapies. Each session begins with a peaceful guided meditation to help you settle, relax and quieten the mind. You’ll then be immersed in the beautiful vibrations of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, tingsha bells and a stunning clear quartz practitioner bowl, creating an immersive 360-degree sound experience. The practitioner bowl can also be gently hovered over the body, allowing you to experience the sounds and vibrations more closely for an even deeper, more personal experience. Imogen’s Sound Baths are inspired by her own journey and the profound sense of peace she discovered through Reiki and Sound Healing during challenging times. Her intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can step away from the stress and demands of modern life, slow down and simply be. Come as you are, get comfortable and allow the sounds to wash over you. A beautiful opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.
