Wellness Studio 

A calm, welcoming space created to help you feel more like yourself again.

Whether you’re here to move your body, clear your mind, slow down, or try something new, you are welcome.

If you’re not sure where to start, you’re not alone. Many people come to us feeling the same way. You can simply choose what feels right for you, or reach out and we’ll help guide you.

Our sessions are open to both men and women and are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you’re starting your wellbeing journey or finding your way back to it, you can arrive as you are and take things at your own pace.

Set in the Staffordshire countryside, our studio is designed to help you switch off from the outside world. Soft lighting and a calm atmosphere create space to settle, breathe, and reconnect.

At the heart of everything here is community. This is more than just a class, it’s a place to learn, try new things, and take time for yourself without pressure or judgement.

your first visit
everything you need to know

If this is your first time at Eudaimonia, here's what to expect so you can arrive feeling calm and prepared. Getting here There's plenty of parking at Bishton Hall. From there, it's a short walk either past the front of the house or down the side of the courtyard, you'll find the studio tucked inside. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find your feet on your first visit. ​ What to wear For yoga and Pilates, wear leggings or shorts and anything you feel comfortable moving in. For sound baths, meditation and hypnotherapy, go for whatever feels cosy - loose, comfortable clothing and layers work well. ​ What to bring Yoga mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. For more restorative sessions like sound healing or meditation, you might like to bring a blanket to keep you warm and comfortable. ​ One last thing There's no right way to do this. Whether you're here to move, to rest, or simply to take an hour for yourself, you belong here. We'll take care of the rest.
