Beginners Yoga
No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just you, exactly as you are.
This class is designed for anyone who has never tried yoga before, or who is finding their way back after time away.
Every movement is taught clearly and gently, with time to understand what you're doing and why, so you never feel lost or left behind.
You'll be guided through simple postures at a pace that works for your body, learning how your breath supports your movement and how small, mindful moments can help release tension and bring a sense of calm. There's no pressure to get it right, no keeping up, just a warm, welcoming space to begin.
This class is for you if you've always been curious about yoga but never quite taken the first step, or if you're returning and need a gentle place to start again.

Hatha Yoga
A grounded, steady practice for anyone who wants to move with intention and leave feeling more like themselves.
This class works through a series of postures at a pace that gives you time to settle into each movement, no rushing, no pushing, just a calm and consistent practice that helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a little more balance in both body and mind.
Amy will guide you through each posture with care, helping you understand how your body moves and how your breath can support you throughout.
Whether you're fairly new to yoga or simply looking for a practice that feels steady and grounding rather than fast-paced, Hatha Yoga is a beautiful place to be.
This class is for you if you want a practice that feels purposeful and calm, something you can come back to week after week and always leave feeling better than when you arrived.

The Yin Sanctuary
Some days you don't need to push. You need to pause.
The Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply nurturing practice that invites you to surrender, to let go of the day, the tension you've been carrying, and anything else that no longer needs to come with you.
Postures are held for longer, giving your muscles and connective tissue the time and space to gently release, while your mind begins to soften and settle.
Nina will guide you through each posture with care, creating a space where there's no rush and no expectation, just stillness, breath, and the quiet that comes when you finally give your body permission to rest.
This class is for you if you're feeling tight, overwhelmed, or exhausted, or if you simply need an hour that belongs entirely to you.

Sound Baths
Close your eyes. Let everything else go.
As you settle into stillness, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and the powerful resonance of the gong.
Each sound is chosen with intention, washing over you in waves and guiding your body and mind into a place of deep, natural calm.
You don't need to do anything. There's nothing to think about, nothing to follow. The sounds do the work, quieting the mental chatter, releasing tension held in the body, and bringing you back to a stillness that can feel hard to find in everyday life.
Many people find it one of the most deeply restful experiences they've ever had.
This class is for you if your mind won't switch off, your body is holding onto stress, or you simply need an experience that takes you somewhere else entirely.

Meditation
In a world that rarely slows down, meditation gives you somewhere to land.
We can't always control what happens around us, but we can learn to change how we respond to it. Through regular practice, meditation helps you develop a quieter, clearer relationship with your own mind. You begin to notice your habits of thought, gently shift the ones that don't serve you, and cultivate a steadier, more grounded way of moving through life.
you'll be guided through each session with warmth and care, making this a welcoming space whether you've never meditated before or you're returning to a practice you'd like to deepen. Over time, you may find greater clarity, more consistent calm, and a sense of connection to something that feels more like the real you.
This class is for you if your mind feels busy and hard to quiet, if you're looking for something that creates lasting change, or if you're simply curious about what stillness might feel like.

This is for you if you want a more realistic, sustainable relationship with food and a little more energy to live your life.

Deep Relaxation
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply stop.
This session gives your body and mind permission to do something they rarely get the chance to do, completely rest.
you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state using her voice, meditation, and guided hypnotherapy, taking you somewhere quieter than your everyday thoughts can reach.
You don't need to do anything, try anything, or be anything. Just come as you are, settle in, and let yourself be held in a space of complete calm.
This is for you if the pace of life has left you running on empty, or if you simply can't remember the last time you felt truly still.

"We believe that when one person feels better, the world around them does too."
