The Full Story

Ways to Work With Kate

There are things I don't always talk about, not because they're secrets, but because for a long time they felt too big, too messy, too much to put into words.

I became a mum at 17. At 18 I left an abusive relationship, determined to show my daughter there was another way to live. At 24 I was in a women's shelter, figuring out what came next with a toddler on my hip.

From there I rebuilt, piece by piece: our first home at 26, a senior management role by 32. Then at 40, divorce, and I found myself starting over again, for the third time.

Each time I thought the ground had gone from under me, each time it hadn't. It had just shifted into something new.

What I learned through all of it is that what I needed most in those moments was never advice or fixing or somebody telling me what to do next. I needed somewhere to breathe. Somewhere to put the weight down for a while. Somewhere I could just be, without holding it all together for everyone else.

That place didn't exist, so eventually I built it.

I spent years in a Learning & Development role, helping people and organisations grow, I trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, bringing a trauma-informed approach to everything I do. Those two worlds, the practical and the deeply human, are what led me to create Eudaimonia and, alongside it, The Wild Within.

Through leadership development, sound baths, women's retreats, and one-to-one coaching, I offer people a place to come back to themselves. My approach is warm, grounded, and genuinely joyful, because I believe the journey back to who you are shouldn't have to feel heavy.

Whatever brought you here today, I'm glad you found your way to this page. Here's how we can work together.

There are a few different ways to work with me directly, depending on what you're looking for and how deep you want to go. Some people start with a single sound bath. Others come to me already knowing they're ready for something bigger, like a retreat or ongoing coaching. Wherever you're starting from, just start.

one-to-one Coaching

This is where we go deeper, together. Whether you're navigating a season of change, feeling stuck, or simply ready to reconnect with who you are underneath the roles you play for everyone else, coaching gives you the space and the structure to actually move through it.

Sessions are personal, honest, and built around you. No scripts, no generic advice. Just real conversation and real work through online sessions tailored to you.

Leadership Development

Before any of this, I spent years working in L&D, helping people grow into stronger, more self-aware leaders. That background hasn't gone anywhere, it's just found a new shape.

If you're looking for leadership development that goes beyond the standard corporate model, this is where head and heart meet. Practical, grounded, and built around who you actually are as a leader, not just the role you hold. Delivered through 1:1 coaching or team workshops

Sound Baths

Sound has a way of reaching the parts of us that talking can't. My group sound bath sessions are a chance to properly rest, held in community with others.

There are two ways to experience it:

  • Sound Bath - a full immersive sound journey, on its own.

  • Sound Bath with Reiki Healing - the same sound journey, deepened further through Reiki, delivered in collaboration with Vanessa our Reiki master.

Women's Retreats

A few times a year, I open up space for something bigger. The Wild Within retreat days are a chance to properly step away, be with other women, and come back to yourself.

  • Summer Dreaming - July

  • Golden Days - October

Each one is designed to be joyful as well as meaningful. Come as you are.
