Our sound bath sessions are some of the most deeply restful experiences you can have, you don't need to do a single thing except lie back, listen, and allow your body to unwind. Sessions are led by Kelly create a deeply calming space where sound and vibration move gently through the body, easing tension, quieting a busy mind, and giving your nervous system the rest it rarely gets. Kelly's sound baths weave together soothing sounds, gentle music, and intuitive drumming, with elements from the Tropic So Sleepy range woven in for an added layer of calm. No two of Kelly's sessions are ever the same, each one is shaped intuitively to offer what's needed in that moment. Sessions take place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside, softly lit, with drapes, fairy lights, and cushions and blankets to help you fully settle in. Bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and cosy. Suitable for everyone, whether you're completely new to sound healing, returning after time away, or simply finding it hard to switch off. You'll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more deeply rested than you arrived.
