If your mind never seems to stop and you can't remember the last time you truly switched off, this is an evening to let it all go. Imogen creates a calm, beautiful space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down and simply be. Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle and quieten your busy mind. Then you'll be surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, tingsha bells and Imogen's stunning clear quartz practitioner bowl, creating a full 360-degree sound experience. Imogen may also gently hover the practitioner bowl over your body, so you can feel the vibrations up close for a deeper, more personal experience. Imogen came to sound during a challenging time in her life, when it was the one thing that could quiet her overthinking mind. It brought her a deep sense of peace, and she now creates that same safe, nurturing space for others. There's nothing you need to do or know beforehand.
