The Sleep Sanctuary is a three-hour evening experience designed to help you slow down, switch off, and fully relax. Created as a gentle mini retreat, this session brings together simple skincare, calming touch, and sound healing to support your skin, your body, and your nervous system. You’re welcome to come on your own or with someone else, many people do. What to Expect We begin with Fay, who will guide you through a simple and soothing skincare ritual. You’ll learn how to cleanse, tone, and care for your skin in a way that feels supportive and easy to carry into your daily routine. Once your skin is nourished, you’ll settle in for a deeply relaxing sound bath with Kate. As you rest, Fay will gently move around the room offering a calming face massage, helping you soften further into the experience. Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided in a calm and supportive way, with space to relax, ask questions, and simply be. The Space The session takes place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside. The room is softly lit with drapes, fairy lights, and a warm, cosy atmosphere to help you fully unwind. You’ll be supported with cushions and blankets, and you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. Come As You Are Wear your pyjamas. Bring slippers or warm socks. Come dressed as you would for a quiet evening at home. You’re encouraged to arrive with makeup on so you can enjoy the full skincare ritual. This session is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to this kind of experience, returning to your wellbeing, or simply in need of a proper pause. You don’t need to do anything, just arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to be looked after. You’ll leave with calm skin, a settled body, and that soft, sleepy feeling that makes it easier to rest.
