Service Description

This two-hour session offers a deeply calming space to slow down, switch off, and fully relax. Kate and Vanessa bring together sound healing and Reiki to create a gentle, supportive experience that helps the body settle and the mind become quieter. Kate will guide the sound healing using instruments such as crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, creating soothing vibrations that support the nervous system and encourage a state of deep rest. Alongside this, Vanessa will offer Reiki, a gentle, hands-on or hands-above approach that supports relaxation and a sense of balance within the body. At the beginning of the session, you’ll be guided through a short introduction to both sound healing and Reiki, helping you understand how they work and why the body responds so naturally to them, especially if this is your first time. The session takes place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside. You’ll be invited to lie back on cushions and blankets in a softly lit space, with drapes, fairy lights, and a calming atmosphere to help you fully switch off. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. This session is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to sound healing or Reiki, returning after some time away, or simply in need of deep rest and reset. You don’t need to do anything, just lie back, listen, and allow yourself to relax. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and gently restored.
