If you've been running on empty for too long, this is two hours to slow down, switch off and let yourself be looked after. Kate and Vanessa bring together a sound bath and Reiki to create a gentle, nurturing experience that helps your body settle and your mind grow quiet. The session begins with a short introduction to both, explaining how they work and why the body responds so naturally, so you'll know exactly what to expect, even if it's your first time. Kate guides the sound bath with crystal bowls, gong and chimes, filling the room with soothing vibrations that can help you sink into deep rest. Alongside this, Vanessa offers Reiki, a gentle practice using a light touch or hands held just above the body to encourage relaxation and a sense of balance. If you'd prefer hands-above only, just let Vanessa know. You'll lie back on cushions and blankets in our softly lit studio, surrounded by peaceful Staffordshire countryside, with drapes and fairy lights to help you settle. Bring anything that helps you feel cosy. There's nothing you need to do except lie back, listen and let go. Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to sound baths or Reiki, returning after time away or simply in need of deep rest.
