Service Description
This is a calm, cosy evening session designed to help you slow down, switch off, and gently unwind. You’ll be guided by Lucy through simple meditation practices, including visualisation and quiet reflection, giving you space to settle your mind and come back to yourself. There will also be time for light journaling, helping you process thoughts and create a sense of clarity. Each week explores a different theme, supporting you to ease stress, quiet a busy mind, and feel more grounded in yourself. Lucy will guide you throughout, making the session feel easy to follow and accessible, even if you’ve never tried meditation before. There’s no pressure to do anything perfectly, just space to sit, breathe, and take things at your own pace. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside, the space is softly lit with drapes, fairy lights, and a calm atmosphere to help you fully relax. This class is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to meditation, returning after some time away, or simply looking for a quiet space to reset. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled.
