This session focuses on stabilising your energy and reducing cravings through simple, balanced nutrition. Karle will guide you through how blood sugar affects how you feel throughout the day, from energy dips to sugar cravings, and how small changes in what you eat can help create more steady, consistent energy. The session is relaxed and hands-on. Together, you’ll make nourishing energy balls that are easy to prepare and ideal for busy days when you need something quick and supportive. You’ll also receive simple guidance to take home, helping you make small, realistic changes that feel manageable in everyday life. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and better understand how to fuel your body. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, looking to improve your energy levels, or wanting to feel more in control of your eating habits. You’ll leave feeling more balanced, more informed, and better equipped to support your energy throughout the day. Please bring: a container to take some home
