Grounding & Grazing

There's a particular kind of quiet that settles over you outdoors, with animals close by and nothing to do but breathe.

On 4th October, we're bringing that stillness to Bishton Hall Riding School for Grounding & Grazing, the first collaboration between Eudaimonia Wellness Studio and Bishton Hall Riding School and Pony Club.

You'll flow through an hour of gentle yoga while our therapy ponies wander freely around you and our therapy sheep doze peacefully under the trees nearby. No yoga experience needed, just come ready to breathe, stretch, and be present in some genuinely calm animal company.

Afterwards, we'll wind down together with coffee and cake in the shade, sheep still dozing close by, before spending proper time meeting the ponies.
