The Wild Within

Sound Baths · Women's Retreats · One to One Coaching

There are things I don't always talk about. Not because they're secrets. They just used to feel too big, too messy, too much to put into words.

I became a mum at 17. At 18 I left an abusive relationship, determined to show my daughter Megan there was another way. At 24 I was in a women's shelter, figuring out what came next with a toddler on my hip. At 26 we bought our first home. At 32 I became a senior manager. At 40 I went through divorce and found myself starting over, for the third time.

Each time I thought the ground had gone from under me. Each time it hadn't. It had just shifted into something new.

What I know now, that I didn't know then, is that what I needed most in those moments wasn't advice. It wasn't fixing. It definitely wasn't someone telling me what to do next.

I needed somewhere to breathe. Somewhere to put the weight down for a while. Somewhere I could just be, without pretending, without holding it all together for everyone else.

That place didn't exist. So I built it.

Eudaimonia is an ancient Greek word. It means human flourishing. Not the shiny, perfect version we're sold, the real kind. A life, lived well, even when life is hard. That's what The Wild Within is about. If any part of what you've just read resonates with you, you are so welcome here.

SOUND HEALING

Come Back
to Stillness

For when you're stressed, overwhelmed, or can't switch off.

There's a version of us that used to apologise for needing rest. That still feels guilty for having a nap. That waits until she's completely empty before allowing herself to be refilled, and calls it being strong.

"You don't have to earn rest. It's already yours."

A sound bath invites you to pause. To breathe. To feel. You lie back and let the healing sounds wash over you, vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and gentle percussion moving through your body, helping you release tension, quiet racing thoughts, and settle into a peaceful state.

This isn't music in the traditional sense. It's therapeutic sound frequencies working with your nervous system on a deeper level. Perfect for people who struggle with traditional meditation or find it hard to switch off their busy minds.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

WOMEN'S RETREATS

One Day.
Twelve Women.
Something You Won't Forget.

"After the first retreat I ever ran, fifteen women rebooked before they'd even left the room."

Not because it was perfectly planned, because something happened in that room that none of us were quite expecting. Women who'd arrived as strangers realised they weren't alone. That the thing they'd been carrying quietly, the doubt, the feeling of being stuck, the sense that everyone else had it more together than them, was actually the thing the woman sitting next to them had been carrying too.

There was laughter. There were tears. There was the kind of conversation you don't often get to have - honest, unhurried, with people who actually get it.

That's what I want every retreat to feel like. Not heavy. Not a day that leaves you feeling like you've done a lot of hard work. A day that leaves you feeling lighter, more like yourself, and genuinely glad you came.

That's why I call them The Wild Within retreats. Not wild as in chaotic or extreme. Wild as in the part of you that's still in there underneath all the noise. The version of you that knows exactly what she wants, that used to just try things, that hasn't been heard properly in a while. These days are about giving her some space.

ONE TO ONE COACHING

A Three Month Journey
Back to Yourself

For the woman who keeps waiting until everything is perfect before she'll begin.

I want to tell you something.

I never stop learning. I've turned multiple rock bottoms into launching pads, I know with every part of me that you can do that too.

Three times I thought my world was ending. Three times I chose to begin again. And what I learned, slowly and sometimes painfully, is that your starting over story isn't a failure story. It's not possible to fail if you keep on learning.

"I see you. I've been you. Multiple times."

The women I work with aren't lacking talent, intelligence, or capability. They're waiting. Waiting until things are perfect. Waiting until they feel ready. Waiting until they know enough.

I did that too. For years. And then one day I decided to open a wellbeing studio at Bishton Hall, without knowing how to read analytics, set up a business email, manage a website, or negotiate with practitioners.

I did it anyway. Not because I had it all figured out, because I wanted to and I decided that wanting to was enough to begin.

That's my coaching philosophy. Not in theory. Lived out loud, every single day.

This is for you if

You have something you want, a business idea, a life change, a version of yourself you keep glimpsing but can't quite reach. You keep waiting for the right moment, the right amount of confidence, the right level of certainty.

You want someone alongside you who won't let you talk yourself out of it, who'll make the journey feel genuinely good, not heavy.

What we work on

  • Getting out of your own way and actually beginning

  • Building momentum without needing everything to be perfect first

  • Reconnecting with what genuinely lights you up

  • Making brave, joyful decisions rather than fear-based ones

  • Showing up as the fullest, most alive version of yourself

How it works

Three months, working together at a pace that feels real and sustainable. A mix of sessions, honest conversation, and genuine support. No heavy homework. No pressure. Just consistent, warm coaching that meets you where you are, that helps you move toward where you want to be.
