Nutrition Workshops with Karle

These relaxed, hands-on workshops are designed to help you understand how food can support your energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.

Led by living nutritionist Karle, each session explores a different area of nutrition, focusing on simple, nourishing foods that can be easily carried into everyday life.

Rather than following strict plans or rules, these sessions are about understanding your body and making small, realistic changes that feel sustainable. Each workshop gives you the chance to learn, prepare, and taste as you go, with practical ideas you can take away and use straight away.

Topics include gut health, blood sugar balance, hormones, inflammation, mindful eating, and more, allowing you to choose the areas that feel most relevant to you.

All sessions can be booked individually, giving you the flexibility to join when it suits you and focus on what you need. Whether you attend one session or come to several, each one stands on its own while building your confidence over time.

Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, these workshops offer a supportive and welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and take simple steps towards feeling better through food.

These sessions are open to both men and women and are ideal if you’re new to nutrition, starting your wellbeing journey, or finding your way back to it.

You’ll leave each session with a clearer understanding of how to nourish yourself, along with practical tools you can use in everyday life.
