Service Description
Start your day with a slower, more supportive yoga practice in a calm and welcoming space. This gentle Ashtanga-inspired class follows the structure of the traditional sequence, guiding you through a series of postures designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and help you reconnect with your body, all at a pace that allows you to move with ease. Laura will guide you through each movement, helping you understand the foundations of the practice as you go. You’ll be supported to notice how your body feels, how your breath supports each posture, and why these movements can help bring more balance into your body and mind. There’s no pressure to keep up or get it right. You’ll be encouraged to take your time, adapt movements to suit your body, and move in a way that feels natural for you. The session takes place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside. Inside, the space is softly lit, with drapes across the ceiling and walls, gentle fairy lights, and the subtle scent of incense to help you settle and fully switch off. Using the rhythm of breath and steady movement, this class helps to release tension, calm the mind, and create a sense of balance within the body. This class is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after some time away, or looking for a softer, more grounded practice. You’ll leave feeling gently stretched, more present, and ready for the day ahead. A minimum of four bookings is required for this session to run.
