Open to both men and women Kundalini energy is your natural life force, stored at the base of your spine. When activated, this energy begins to rise and flow through the body, helping to clear energetic blockages, release stored emotions, and bring your system back into balance and alignment. What happens during a session? You will begin by lying down comfortably in a safe and supportive space, allowing your body to fully relax. The session starts with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle your mind and drop into your body. From there, carefully selected music is played, designed to support the rise of energy and the release of anything stored within the body. The sound and frequency work together to guide your experience, while I hold the space and work intuitively with your energy. There is nothing you need to do, no effort, no expectation, simply relax, receive, and allow your body and energy to respond naturally. Each experience is unique. You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a sense of clarity and connection.
