The focus is on keeping things realistic and manageable, giving you a clearer sense of what works for you and how to carry it into daily life. The session is relaxed and social, finishing with a grazing-style nourish table where you can enjoy a variety of simple, wholesome foods, ask questions, and connect in a calm, welcoming space. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a chance to slow down, learn, and experience what simple nourishment can look like in practice. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, looking for a fresh start, or wanting to feel more confident and at ease with food.
