Service Description

This session invites you to slow down and reconnect with how you eat, not just what you eat. Karle will guide you through simple ways to support your digestion by becoming more aware of your eating habits, helping you understand how pace, attention, and environment can affect how your body feels. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle and become more present, supporting both digestion and your overall relationship with food. The session is relaxed and sensory. You’ll enjoy herbal tea and a homemade hummus tasting, exploring how slowing down and being more mindful can positively impact your body. You’ll also receive simple guidance to take away, helping you bring more awareness into your everyday routine without pressure or restriction. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a calm and supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your body. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, often eat on the go, or are looking to feel more settled and in tune with your body. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more aware, and more connected to how you nourish yourself. Please bring: nothing
