Karle will guide you through how certain ingredients can help the body feel more balanced and supported, especially during periods of stress, fatigue, or when you’re feeling run down. The session is relaxed and practical. You’ll watch a demonstration of fresh turmeric and ginger shots, with the opportunity to taste and experience how these ingredients can be used in a simple, accessible way. You’ll also receive easy guidance to take home, helping you introduce small, supportive changes into your daily routine. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and better understand how food can support your body. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, feeling low on energy, or looking for simple ways to feel more balanced. You’ll leave feeling more informed, supported, and confident in how you nourish your body. Please bring: a glass
