Service Description
This session explores how food can support your hormones, especially during times of change, stress, or low energy. Karle will guide you through simple ways to build balanced meals that help support your body, without restriction or overcomplication. The focus is on understanding what your body needs and how to nourish it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. The session is relaxed and hands-on. You’ll create your own nourish bowl using a variety of ingredients, learning how to combine foods in a way that feels both satisfying and supportive. You’ll also receive simple guidance to take home, helping you make small changes that can support your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and reconnect with how you nourish yourself. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, feeling out of balance, or looking for a more supportive way to eat. You’ll leave feeling more informed, more balanced, and more confident in how you support your body. Please bring: a bowl, and a spoon or fork (optional container for leftovers)
