Service Description
This session explores how to support your gut by understanding the role of prebiotics and probiotics, and how simple foods can make a real difference to how you feel. Karle will guide you through easy, practical ways to feed and support the good bacteria in your gut, using ingredients that are straightforward to include in your everyday routine. The session is relaxed and hands-on. Together, you’ll make a quick kimchi and also have the chance to taste a fermented version, giving you a feel for both the process and the flavour. You’ll also receive simple guidance to take home, so you can begin to introduce these foods in a way that feels manageable and realistic. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and build your confidence around food. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, starting your wellbeing journey, or looking to better understand how to support your gut. You’ll leave feeling more informed, more confident, and equipped with simple ways to support your body. Please bring: a small jar with a lid (Kilner style)
