Service Description
This session focuses on the foundations of gut health and how it can support your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Karle will guide you through simple, everyday ways to care for your gut, helping you understand what’s happening in your body and where to begin without overwhelm or strict rules. The session is relaxed, practical, and hands-on. Together, you’ll create a gut-supporting yoghurt bowl using nourishing ingredients that are easy to bring into your daily routine. You’ll also receive simple guidance and ideas to take home, so you can start making small changes that feel manageable and realistic. Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, this is a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and take your first steps towards feeling better through food. This session is open to both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to nutrition, starting your wellbeing journey, or looking to get back on track in a simple, sustainable way. You’ll leave feeling more informed, more confident, and supported in how you nourish your body. Please bring: a bowl and a small pot for yoghurt
